While we certainly aren't quibbling with the assigned PMG grade, if you covered your hand over the label and called this note a '67' or '68' we don't think anybody would be shocked. The margins are great on all sides and the centering perfect, both front and back. Mountainous embossing and fire engine red inks attest to its originality. A much scarcer star in the upper grade ranges as these often come with at least one smaller margin.
