Any PPQ note from these earlier North Carolina issues is not to be confused with the droves of notes that are a part of the hoard. This bright, well signed and wonderfully embossed example should challenge the Newman value of $400 in Very Fine grade. A wonderful Proclamation note destined for an advanced collection.
