We rarely see examples of this 1777 Virginia issue in this grade and its even more rare to see them with this much eye appeal. A strictly uncirculated example with no folds whatsoever. Bold printing and even bolder signatures are seen. Gigantic margins by anyone's definition and perfectly centered on all four sides. A little toning in the right margin appears to be all that precludes this note from a solid Gem grade. Newman lists this at $900 in UNC but that is laughable since you are hard-pressed to find another.
