This variety, with its large Treasury seal and blue right end, is far scarcer than the commonly seen Fr. 1267. This lovely example is deeply embossed with great color and excellent centering. If you told us that this was a Gem we would not be at all surprised. We recently have seen examples in this grade sell for over $300 and would fully expect a similar price here tonight.
