This is a really scarce star note no matter how you slice it. While the dark green seal mule stars are certainly more available this is the only one we can recall having seen. Apparently, the same holds true for PCGS since it is the only example they have graded after years in business. Plentiful margins, balanced centering and a modest degree of circulation leave this note screaming to join the other fine notes in your collection.
