Grade: PCGS Gem New 65 PPQ
There is only a single example better than or equal to this one in the PCGS Population Report and only by a single point at that. A very scarce issue to begin with but the G-C block, with 2.5 million printed, is tied as the scarcest block with the vaunted Minneapolis I-A block. Minneapolis is listed at $400 in Ch. CU but we will let the bidders decide if a pricing revision is in order for the next edition.
