This is the Confederate type with the incorrect date of September 2, 1861. A scarce type in any grade but they usually come very ratty and with problems. This example has better grade than what is usually seen and the margins are far more complete than is typical. A small nick is seen in the right margin and there is some staining at the right end but all in all this will land nicely in someone's collection.
