This is certainly a scarcer issue and this note is a real beauty. A vast majority of these are seen in the VG to VF grade range but are almost never located in this high of a grade. Only a tight left margin precludes a higher grade from being assigned. Do not be shy if you have been looking for something better than a VF example from this "C" series.
