Not a terribly rare issue or denomination but just a stunning thing of beauty in terms of eye appeal. If we had to guess this note would grade somewhere around VF 30 at the services but that would hinder the thinking of some who would look at the number on the holder instead of the wonderful note in front of them. he eye appeal is that of a solid XF or better note and Newman lists this at $500 in XF.
