A wonderful example from this ever-popular series whose notes were printed by Thomas Coram. This is a very popular denomination since the back depicts Hercules strangling a lion. A single center fold makes this a solid AU with just a couple of edge tears extending from the top margin. Newman values this at $3,500 in CU which really isn't difficult to believe. Recent auction results have shown nice AU Coram notes to be back around the $2,000 mark, which makes this apparent AU note somewhat less but not much.
