Grade: PCGS Ch. New 63 PPQ
It seems like it has been years since we have encountered a nice uncirculated example of this 1963 'plain' star. The Dallas issue had a meager printing of only 640,000 and rarely are these found with this type of grade. PCGS has only graded two of this number, this one and a single Gem.
