There is rarity with a small "r" and there is rarity with a big "R". This note possess rarity with a big "R". With a printing of only 250 notes Newman does not even feign an attempt at pricing such an item as they are essentially unavailable. PCGS notes: damage; pieces missing; splits and tape stains. All of this is certainly true enough but, then again, where are you going to find another example? We are not really sure how to estimate this but we'll take our best shot.
