High grade colored seal Georgia notes are always in great demand in the collecting community. SUSTINE RECTUM is found in the seal which Newman translates, "Support what is right." Through the third party holder the note has the appearance of an AU grade. Well signed with great color and just a light fold or two visible. Newman values this blue seal note at $5,000 in XF with no higher grade given. That assessment might seem a bit ambitious but it would not surprise us to see a price realized of at least half that amount.
