This is a scarce later Pennsylvania issue with most available notes in the Fine-VF grade range. Nice XF or better examples are usually only available when advanced collections are dispersed. Not to be confused with the much more common small change notes, these higher denomination examples are really quite scarce. When condition and rarity combine forces high prices usually result. Newman values this at $1,500 in Extremely Fine and $3,000 in Unc.
