All stars from this early FRN series are very scarce or rare with this Philadelphia note being no exception. Very few ever appear at auction and this is the top graded note in the PCGS Population Report for this Friedberg number. We don't like to quibble with grades but if this note is only Very Ch. CU then it must be at the very top of the requirements for that grade as it is astounding in every way and looks like a screaming Gem.
