Hand-signed on the back by John Boston and dated July 24, 1862. Smaller margins but fully framed with a couple of small pinholes seen on the sides. If you check auction archive results you will see that while these train notes are quite commonly seen in the VF-AU grade range they are actually much scarcer uncirculated.
