Grade: PMG Fine 12 Net
This is the much scarcer Confederate Deuce with the green "TWO" overprint. PMG has noted holes and repaired but the technical grade appears to be a solid VF. Fully framed on three sides which is much better than most we see. Serial #52000 is a nice round number.
