A great example from this condition-challenged issue. These notes were printed on coarse paper and did not make for a high quality note. As we cannot recall ever having seen an uncirculated example this is clearly one of the nicest we have seen. PCGS notes a minor restoration near center but it looks to us to merely be a closed pinhole or something like that. Newman lists this at $1,250 in Extremely Fine with no higher grade listed.
