A single center fold is seen on this lovely South Carolina Colonial that is fully signed and numbered, not to be confused with the painfully common remainders from this series. Newman lists these at $750 in EF and $1,500 in Unc. The latter value is somewhat misleading as your cataloger can never remember having seen a truly uncirculated and fully signed example from this issue.
