A little known fact among Colonial novices is that notes from this small change issue are probably the scarcest of all the 1775-1780 issues to be found in an uncancelled state. PMG has Net graded this due to faded numbers and serial number but that is more than compensated for the fact that this note has huge margins on all sides and excellent embossing. Newman values these at $300 in Ch. UNC.
