This very scarce fractional denomination note faces up as a bright, boldly signed and very well margined XF which PCGS notes has a restoration at left. A ton of original embossing is evident and the eye appeal is superb. Newman values this at $1,500 for a problem free EF note so we'll scale back the estimate some but not too much.
