Grade: PMG Superb Gem UNC 67 EPQ
We haven't checked but this is likely the highest graded example out there from either service as these early FRNs just don't come in super high grade. Great margins and centering, bold color and mountainous embossing attest to the grade. PMG also notes "great margins" as well as giving the EPQ designation.
