Grade: PCGS Apparent VF 30
A minor disservice performed by PCGS in the holdering process as the right margin is slightly rolled over; if reholdered and straightened out this would be a bright, well-signed and, most importantly, fully framed T-29 note. PCGS does note minor staining which is certainly true, but it is minor and it blends in well with the paper. This lovely example displays the two things that haunt most all other T-29s; it has both grade and aesthetics.
