The technical grade is accurate as there appear to be a couple of corner folds and some minor mounting remnants on the back. The eye appeal of this note is simply not to be questioned as it has that "fresh from the sheet" look; the printing quality is unbelievable and the signatures look as if they were applied this morning. Notes such as this always go well beyond any technical assessment and valuation that one tries to conjure.
