This is legitimately the most attractive example of this 1754 issue that we can recall having seen in years. The note is entirely intact with a broad left indent, decent signatures and good print quality. The previous sentence description applies to less than 1% of the surviving notes from this issue and while PCGS notes there are a couple of edge splits and tears you can basically throw that out the window if you covet this piece.
