Island Pond, Island Pond NB, 4275
Fr. 1802-1 $20 1929T1
Grade:
Fine +
This remote village in northern Vermont got its name from the nearby body of water named Island Pond, which actually does have an island in the middle of it. Although this bank had an issue of almost $1,000,000, survivors are unusually hard to locate. Nine small notes populate the census, but only two of them have ever been offered in a public forum. Problem-free and nice for the grade.
