Minnesota has a number of towns with Lake in their name, and this tiny community in Otter Tail County is one of several to host a National Bank. There are less than a dozen small notes known, and just six large notes, yet offerings are sporadic at best. We have never auctioned a small note as best as I can recall, so this is likely our first.
