A cute title and a scarce note from the first 100 Charters. This village was one of the earliest settlements in the state with its beginnings in 1709. In 1913 the town of Beacon was incorporated and absorbed Fishkill Landing and Matteawan. Notes from here have always been highly regarded. A Lazy Deuce in similar grade brought over $10,000 in 2005. The paper is a little toned, but I can spot just five vertical creases. It seems this is the first time an Ace has been offered.
