It is a treat to offer this ornate $5 Brownback on such an in-demand state. This bank issued only this type during its brief life. A mere $795 remained outstanding in 1910. The color and crispness approaches that of a Very Fine note, but the rough edges, a few tears and a clipped corner prevents a higher grade. The lovely pen signatures are unaffected. A VF example was last auctioned in 2008 and brought $7,475. This attractive but edge-challenged example will find its own level.
