When this note first appeared in 2004, it became the second known Red Seal on the bank. Since then, no additional specimens have come to light. There is some stray ink next to the serial number, but otherwise the note is a problem free example with super signatures. I can't decipher the officers' names, but you must admit, they can't be missed.
