About half the notes known on this large-only bank are Third Charters, but one hasn't been auctioned since 2006, certainly a statistical anomaly. Fortunately we break the ice with the re-appearance of this gorgeous three-fold XF. The paper is original and without flaws. One of 22 with this title and one of the nicest.
