R-7. This note is extremely rare with few examples recorded. Although this has a flaw, there are plenty of collectors who have never had the chance to get one. There is rust on the face but much more on the back. I have heard about examples in low grade of this type bringing in the $4,000 range. From the George Fitzgerald Collection.
