Punch cancelled "CANCELADO" four times. Seated woman with globe, arms and seated woman with plants/flowers. Purple circular stamp "Jefatura de Seccion del Sello Nacional 26 Dic 89" and hand signed. The Standard Catalog reports this stamping as being in black. PCGS terms this "Ch. New 63 hole punch cancelled". Tremendous addition for any collection. This piece was offered in our Memphis 2002 sale, and this is the last time I saw it in any form.
