This is the red and black note with the Navigation as the central vignette and a blacksmith at the right. This $20 has excellent color but it was a cut-out cancel with two partial circles restored along the bottom. While careful inspection does reveal them, they are very well done. This was printed by the Southern Banknote Company and just 14,860 were issued.
