This is the first of a pair of proofs from the Bridgeport City Bank and a unique denomination offered in the 1990 ABN sale in the form of a $20-$50 partial sheet. While lacking a central vignette, the note has two very large ornate counters and a striking central red overprint "20". Imprint of Danforth, Wright & Co. Printed on India paper and mounted on card (Plate A). No ABNC stamp on back. From the Eastern Collection.
