This is the earliest known note of this early, or should I say the First National Bank in Chester County. This note is a bit aged from sunlight and the seal has totally faded, but it still looks cool! The pen signatures remain clear as well. Very few pre-Third Charters have survived. There are several minor paper pulls along the edges from mounting.
