A very collectible $2 proof from The Bank of Cape Ann, which is located in the northern section of Massachusetts Bay. It has two very ornate markers at the top corners, red TWO overprint at center, maiden with liberty cap and shield at bottom right and ships with fishermen bottom left. This proof is also an HPN. Imprint of American Bank Note Co., Jocelyn, Draper, Welsh & Co, printed on India paper. No ABNC stamp on back. There are two tiny splits near the bottom. From the Eastern Collection.
