$10/$5 1928-A E Richmond E-A Double Denomination
Grade:
PCGS Ch. New 63
Here we have one of the earliest and rarest small size double denomination notes known and it's a problem free example graded Ch. New 63 by PCGS. One can tell that the serial numbers don't line up perfectly and that the centering is just a touch high. Certainly I can see nothing that affects the image design. A $10 face over a $5 back, and from the Richmond #5 district even makes the $10-$5 thing more interesting. While I have never seen serial number or grade records for this specific double denomination, there can't be many better because centering has always been an issue for this particular double denomination.
