This note is truly a special Red Seal with amazingly fresh quality. I can see only a single heavy fold near the portrait on the left. There are 14 notes reported, all are Red Seals and this is the finest known of all examples. Please look closely at the color, centering and paper quality as they are just spectacular. The pen signatures are equally as desirable.
