This is a full color proof from The Bank of Wilmington. It has a pink undertint with orange FIVE overprint. The center vignette is a very detailed seashore scene with people observing ships at sea, and there is a large ornate counter at top right. A very scarce superb GEM proof from North Carolina. Imprint of Danforth, Wright & Co. Printed on India paper and mounted on card (Plate B). No ABNC stamp on back. From the Eastern Collection.
