Grade: PMG VF 20 Net
A Technicolor in the most chased of all grades. This specimen retains the complete rich golden underprint, not to mention deep red serial numbers and seal. The margins are perfectly balanced. The colors, especially on the face, suggest a much higher grade and a much higher cost. The back inks have mellowed, subdued, and oxidized slightly. PMG comments, 'restoration, consistent with a closed edge split or two skillfully repaired'. Overall, a wildly impressive example of this one year type note.
