Amazingly fresh, gorgeous, yellow-gold overprint, exactly as intended and not always found even on ultra-high grade examples. Tons of embossing are evident; not only the overprint but from all printings. The paper color is delightfully original and uniform. Comments 'major restorations' reflects strengthening of the margins at the left, including a tiny bit of the upper and lower. To the naked eye, the color is a perfect match and the restoration only becomes apparent when backlit. The work is so good, that in the era before third party grading, the unscrupulous might not have disclosed the enhancement. Ideal for the collector seeking the appearance of a $30,000 example but wishing to spend half that amount.
