This note is a totally new addition to the census and I believe there is no argument that it is the FINEST KNOWN. While there is a note listed as '63' there is no documentation as to where or who graded it. Napier and Thompson were not in office for very long the plates were soon changed to reflect the new officers. Unlike lower denominations, there is no evidence that any high values were saved.
