Quality is a difficult thing to obtain when it comes to $100 small size Gold Certificates and this note seems to have plenty going for it. The centering is excellent and the paper quality must be as well since it is called PPQ. I can see the note has a small wrinkle from printing but that may account for a note that looks better to be graded Ch. New 63 PPQ by PCGS. This is the only 63 PPQ by PCGS to go with only two notes graded 65 PPQ.
