Star notes from this experimental issue are just plain rare and especially after the redemption of Silver Certificates ended over 40 years ago. It is unlikely the population will be expanding nearly as much as non-Silver Certificate issues. The 'R' star is the scarcer of the two issues. The quality of this example is exceptional for this highly circulated note.
