Obstructed printing with retained fragment. Non-currency stock overlaid the sheet prior to the first printing; fortunately it was recovered along with the obstructed note. The intervening scrap is bright white, tissue paper-like and actually translucent in sections. Way above average. A similar note carries a value of $7,500 in the Bart reference.
