Obstructed printing with retained fragment, accompanied by bookends. Foreign substance stuck to front of bill absorbing ink during the second print. Likely to fill a gap in a collection without breaking the bank. The error is flanked by normal bookends, one of which PCGS calls "stained" which aligns perfectly with foreign substance on the error note. This three piece lot includes two graded Gem New 66 PPQ and the third is Very Ch. New 64 Apparent.
