Douglas was the only town in Converse County to host a national bank, and it was home to two. This bank was chartered in 1906 and issued all three Third Charter types plus a good amount of small size. Somewhat scarce with just 14 large notes in the census. Nice for the grade and showing blue stamped signatures. Better than the example we sold in March 2009 for $2,127.
