Big-head errors are quite rare and I have seen virtually no nice examples of an obstruction like this one from Minneapolis. There is a huge obstruction on the left and all missing printing is clearly on the piece of Kraft paper that was stuck to the face. Kraft paper piece encapsulated with note by PMG.
