NY-1906,G6. A nice India paper proof used during the 1850s-1860s with imprint of Baldwin, Bald & Cousland of New York and Bald, Cousland & Co. of Philadelphia. Four punch cancels through the signature lines. Vignettes of a "Minuteman" at lower left, "Justice" and "Liberty" on either side of eagle on shield at top center, with ducks at bottom center, and state emblem at right. American Bank Note Company stamp on back.
